Replacement rounded handle top and bottom for United Steel & Wire carts. This is a 2-piece handle in which the top and bottom pieces screw together to mount over two horizontal handle wires. Each handle set includes the colored top, black bottom and 4 replacement screws. The 16 inch version has a narrower profile then the 13.75 and 19 inch length handles. Embossing in white is done on the underside of the clear top piece before the underside is painted with your selected color. United Steel and Wire and Tote Cart manufacturers both went out of business over a decade ago and they both utilized the same leg hole closure design and had a similar two piece handle design.
