5 inch compound super flat spot resistant friction wheel with axle bolt and lock nut. Blue rubber compound tread wheel on a gray hub and red thread guards. Sealed precision plus bearing system with a friction insert between the hub and each bearing. Typically installed on the two back rigid casters to help alleviate unwanted rolling of carts on sloping surfaces. Hex head axle bolt and lock nut included.

These specialty wheels are designed to be a auto-decelerating wheel and reduce unwanted rolling on modest sloping lots.
