Normal Hours / Response Times

Premier Carts is available to answer phone inquiries Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm central time. If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will return your call.

We try to answer all standard inquiries within a few hours or at least within one business day Monday - Friday. Requests for special items or options not mentioned on our web site may require additional time to provide an answer. Please check for an "Announcements" section on our home page or on this page to ensure our sales office is available at the time of your inquiry.

Our office is typically closed for approximately one week during the Christmas season and for approximately 10 days during the summer. All web site orders, quote requests, and e-mail inquiries received when our office is closed are still processed on a semi-regular basis. Phone calls are typically returned when the office reopens.
