Stem swivel caster with 5 inch TPE wheel. Grey TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) tread wheel on a black hub and Grey thread guards. This is the standard front swivel caster for U.S. shopping carts with a 5 inch wheel. The 1/2" -13 x 7/8" high threaded keyed stem mounts to the flat front plate of the shopping cart. Top lock nut is included.

The TPE wheel has a slightly softer tread and is normally chosen as a replacement to offer a slightly quieter, smoother ride in comparison to the durability of the standard polyurethane wheels that come installed on most new carts.
