This is a replacement leg hole closure for Technibilt carts made prior to 2009. This is an after market replacement that would either slide on over or have to be pryed on over the carts mounting wire depending on the age of your cart. It does not use a spring or clip to hold the LHC in place. Check out the current Technibilt LHC for an easier to install option.
